Accessibility statement

The standard Tiptoe aims for and how to tell us when something gets in the way.

Our aim

Tiptoe aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, across the marketing website and web app. This is an aim, not a claim that every page currently conforms.

How we build

We use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, keyboard focus styles, text alternatives, and controls with practical touch targets. The marketing website is light-only and respects reduced-motion preferences. The iPhone app uses native accessibility labels and Dynamic Type where implemented.

Known limits

Content, browsers, assistive technologies, and product features change. Some third-party experiences, including checkout, Apple services, Google sign-in, and embedded provider pages, are controlled by those providers. If a Tiptoe flow is difficult to use, we want the specific details rather than assuming a passing automated check settled the experience.

Report an accessibility problem

Email [email protected] with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, your browser or device, and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include a password, payment card, or private conversation. We will use the report to investigate and reply.
