You can cancel without explaining why. For a web subscription billed by Stripe, go to app.tiptoe.ai/billing, choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. You can also manage the available plan options there.
For an iPhone purchase billed by Apple, open Apple Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Tiptoe. Choose Cancel Subscription or an available plan option. Apple manages these purchases.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro through the paid period unless a refund or payment-provider action ends it, then you stay on Free with everything you made. Keep your cancellation confirmation. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
